The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (or the “ GTC ”) are applicable exclusively to the online sale of products offered on the Website www.handsomebunnyshop.com.
The GCS are made available to customers on the website where they can be directly consulted and can also be communicated to them on simple request by any means.
The T&Cs are enforceable against the customer who acknowledges, by ticking a box or clicking on the button provided for this purpose, having read them and having accepted them before placing an order. The validation of the order by its confirmation is worth adhesion by the purchaser to the CGV in force on the day of the order whose conservation and reproduction are ensured by HANDSOME BUNNY SHOP.

The photographs illustrating, where applicable, the products do not constitute a contractual document. The Customer remains responsible for the terms and consequences of his access to the Site, in particular via the Internet. ARTICLE 4 – ORDER
A/ Registration of the order
The Customer who wishes to place an order on the site selects the different product(s) by clicking on “Add to basket”.
He can then access the order details in the basket. During this stage, the Customer has the option of checking the details of the order and its total price, modifying it, correcting any errors or canceling all or part of the order.

B/ Content of the order
The consumer acknowledges being fully informed of the fact that his agreement concerning the content of these general conditions does not require a handwritten signature. Any order validated by the consumer on the site implies the prior acceptance of these general conditions.
The customer requests that one or more item(s) be sent to him at the address indicated by him. In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be concluded when the customer clicks on the second click of the order, by which he will have confirmed his shopping cart after having viewed the details of this and by particular its total price and having had the opportunity to correct any errors.
C/ Proof of order

D/ Cancellation of the order

E/ Error in recipient details
The information given by the buyer when taking the order is binding on him. F/ Order tracking

ARTICLE 6 – TERMS OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Orders can be paid for using one of the following payment methods:
- Payment by credit card. Payment is made directly on the secure banking servers of the HANDSOME BUNNY SHOP bank, the Customer's bank details do not pass through the Site. The bank details provided during payment are protected by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process. In this way, these coordinates are not accessible to third parties.
The Customer's order is recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment by the bank.

ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT OF THE PRICE
The prices indicated are expressed in euros and are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be indicated in addition.

HANDSOME BUNNY SHOP may reserve the right to offer promotional codes. These promotional codes can only be generated by HANDSOME BUNNY SHOP.
ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERIES
Delivery is made in mainland France and Europe. It is paid. Its price is established according to the total weight of one or more items. It is calculated automatically on the site. Furthermore, HANDSOME BUNNY SHOP does not, under any circumstances, bear customs duties.
Deliveries are made by various carriers that the customer chooses when validating the order. HANDSOME BUNNY SHOP declines all responsibility in the event of delay or absence of delivery resulting from the transmission of erroneous or incomplete information concerning the delivery address transmitted by the customer.
The customer will be delivered within an average of 3 to 8 days from the finalization of the production of the order. The risk of transport is fully borne by the buyer.
In the event of missing or damaged goods, the customer must make all the necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of the said goods. These reservations must be sent in writing within five days of delivery by registered mail with AR.

ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL RETURN
A/ Withdrawal period for non-personalized products
The customer has 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the order to form an opinion. If the 14 (fourteen) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day. Once this period has elapsed, the request for reimbursement or exchange of the product will no longer be possible.

HANDSOME BUNNY SHOP tries to present photos of the most faithful possible articles but they are not contractual. Indeed, all the creations offered are entirely handmade, so they may have irregularities and slight variations in terms of material, color, cut, etc. Also, the brightness, materials may be slightly different on the photos compared to the real article depending on the internet browser, the brightness or the screen used.
The items offered on the Site are designed, produced and made by Fleur DEVISMES in her personal workshop in France. It ensures that the information posted online (information, descriptions and prices) on the Products is accurate. In case of disputes, the description of the product prevails.
ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTES
These General Conditions are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with French law.
In the event of difficulty related to the application of this act, the customer and HANDSOME BUNNY SHOP agree to seek first and foremost an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a consumer association, a branch professional association or any other person of their choice. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the customer addresses the competent commercial court.
